The rules for using RMK Connect, in plain words. Version: draft 1, October 2026.
Who you deal with
RMK Connect, RMK Institute, Super Deal Maker and RMK Retail are run by RMK Industries (Pty) Ltd (Reg. no. 2012/163681/07), Polokwane. Each app may have its own extra terms, for example for a course, a plan or an order. Those are shown before you pay.
Your account
One account works in all the RMK apps. Keep your password and one-time codes to yourself. RMK will never ask you for a code. Tell us straight away if you think someone else used your account.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown before you pay and are worked out live by the app. Payments go through PayFast. You get a tax invoice with every payment. Nothing is charged without your confirm tap.
HoneyGuide
HoneyGuide is an AI helper. It can make mistakes, so check important answers, and ask for a person when you are unsure. It does not help with RMK Institute quiz or assessment questions. It only does things for you after you tap Confirm.
Fair use
Use RMK Connect honestly. Do not share false information, other people's details, or try to break or overload the service. We may pause an account that does this, and we will tell you why.
Accredited and non-accredited learning
RMK Institute offers accredited QCTO qualifications. Super Deal Maker courses give a certificate of attendance and are not accredited.
